Though trade and barter have been traced back to ancient times, money’s origin is still debatable. Researchers have tried to prove that commodity money first started as perceptive weight equivalence came into the picture. They studied 5028 Early Bronze Age rings and other objects from Central Europe and found that 70.35% of the rings were almost identical, making them interchangeable. Read full article here

Overcoming Bias
Kai Cheng’s professor had a brilliant scheme. In his first lecture, he promised that each lecture would feature a “Lie of the Day”. But why? It made his students more attentive and analytical, poring over every detail of his lecture and making sense of why things were true.
