Apparently, not all grey hairs stay grey forever. It’s known that heavy stress has been linked to premature greying of hair, but researchers have found that the removal of this heavy stress can lead to repigmentation — the return of colour. It is a rare phenomenon, however; repigmentation only happens when the individual hair strand hasn’t crossed an age threshold. While the exact threshold is unknown, it’s likely reversible if your hair has just started to go grey.
