International law is complex and requires specific grounds for charging any individual, including Putin. While planning and executing an aggressive war is a crime, the concept of “superior responsibility” may enable the international court to charge him with crimes against humanity. Evidence is mounting that soldiers are killing civilians and committing other crimes with, at least, the tacit approval of their superiors. The Lightyear O is a revolutionary electric car powered by the sun. Developed by a Dutch startup, the four-door sedan has over 50 square feet of solar panels on its roof and hood, generating up to 43 miles of energy a day.
