Finding Your Swagger

Swagger, according to Kevin Yien, is “earned confidence”; simply put, it’s embracing your capabilities and being confident in them. In Kevin’s experience, the first step towards losing your swagger is by doubting yourself and letting external factors influence your actions. As a tech startup project manager, he used to be unashamed to say his opinions during meetings, but then lost confidence to do so after he was excluded from certain meetings.
