Is cannabis really such a bad thing? Perhaps it’s time for society to rethink its approach towards cannabis use, especially when it comes to the workplace. Researchers have found out that while using cannabis before and during work directly dampens work performance, using cannabis after work hours has no effect. It might even improve work performance indirectly since some users feel more relaxed and sleep better after using cannabis.
